The awards just keep on coming. This weekend, 'Inception' and 'The Social Network' won big in the writing department at the Writers Guild Awards,
Aaron Sorkin predictably won Best Adapted Screenplay for 'The Social Network,' while Christopher Nolan beat out 'Black Swan' and 'The Kids are All Right' for Best Orginial Screenplay with 'Inception.'
The awards, which were held simultaneously in both New York and Los Angeles, also brought some star power with 'Modern Family' actors Eric Stonestreet and Jesse Tyler Ferguson hosting the LA event, along with guest Amy Poehler.

'The King's Speech,' one of the year's most buzzed about films, was noticeably missing from the list of nominees. The film reportedly didn't qualify under the guild's rules and therefore couldn't be nominated.
